Leadership is known as a group phenomenon. It's an influence method; that is to say, deliberate influence can be exerted by leader above followers. It is the behaviour of your individual the moment he/she is usually directing those activities of a group toward a shared aim. It is sociable influence, worked out in a situation, and directed, through the communication process, toward the attainment of any specified goal. Leadership is a process where one person affects other users towards achievements of a particular goal. An effective leader should be adaptable to all situations, aggressive and in addition assertive at the same time, dominant, impartial, intelligent, experienced, fluent in speech, cooperative, a good officer, sociable and diplomatic in nature. While an political election campaign leader one needs to look into the band of individuals we now have at hand very keenly. Every individual owns distinct attitude, behaviourisms and pre-disposition to act within a given situation. As a head one needs to find out what kind of personnel we certainly have at hand and what ways should be adapted to keep the group in harmony and motivate those to strive hard for the achievement of our desired aim of success in the elections. Motivation takes on an important part in the accomplishment of goals. It is thought as the readiness to exert high degrees of effort towards organizational desired goals, conditioned by efforts ability to satisfy specific need. As a campaign head one should be on the lookout of the group's ideology and energy efficiency. We have to make sure that the achievements of our nominee in the polls is the one and only agenda which will runs in each and every individual's head....
